download using the link on the forms page and you can either fill out on your computer or print off to complete the manual way

To fill out on your computer click the link and the form will open in a new window, click the download button in the top right hand corner and save it to your computer

you can open it using your pdf viewer and fill out all the fields, saving and ataching it to a email to send directly to the ride organiser.
