As you know the end of the year is fast approaching, and the SMC is working on the AGM.
Please find some information you need attached and within this email
· AGM / awards location – Tabcorp park Melton, there is accommodation available there
· AGM / awards date – 21/1/2023
· AGM / awards time – TBC
· AGM / awards price - TBC
· The AGM nomination and business form. This is the form where you can nominate someone to be on the committee, or get yourself nominated. Also this allows for you to list anything that you wish to be discussed. If this could be back to the secretary by the 24/12/2022 so that the secretary can get the agenda done and back out to you.
· Also please find the proxy vote form attached. This is to be filled in if you can’t make it to the meeting, but would like to have a vote on a motion (once the secretary does the agenda you will have the motions for the AGM), these will need to be back to the secretary by 20/1/2023. Please note this proxy note can only be used for motions not for voting for committee positions.
