Rides and club events are stronger with local businesses involved — from trade stalls and catering at a ride base to suppliers of feed, tack, trophies, printing and equipment. If that sounds like you, here’s how to get in touch.
Trading at a ride
Each ride is run by its own Ride Organiser, so trade space, catering and stalls at an event are arranged with them directly. Find upcoming rides and their organisers on the Ride Calendar, and get in touch well ahead of the event. Many ride canteens raise funds for local community groups, so it’s always worth asking what’s already planned. Ride flyers are also shared in the VERA Facebook group.

What to include when you get in touch
- Your business name and what you offer
- Which rides or dates you’re interested in, and where you’re based
- Whether you hold public liability insurance — ride organisers may ask
